Weekend Retail & Creative Production Assistant

Location: Armada, MI
Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays
Compensation: Starts at $13.50/hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience.

16 - 24 hours available per week

About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and creative individual to join our weekend team. This role blends retail customer service with hands-on support in custom apparel production and inventory management. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys variety, has strong attention to detail, and is excited to learn new skills like printing and light graphic work.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Greet and assist customers in-store

  • Run the register and handle transactions

  • Organize and manage product inventory

  • Support T-shirt printing operations and custom orders

  • Prepare and package custom merchandise

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Learn and use basic design/production tools (training provided)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be available to work weekends (Friday–Sunday)

  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems

  • Friendly, dependable, and upbeat

  • Interested in retail, art, or creative production

  • Experience in design, printing, or small business operations is a plus (but not required)

Print Production Lead & Client Order Coordinator

Location: Armada, MI
Schedule: up to 35 hours/week (Flexible shifts + weekends)
Compensation: $16–$18/hour to start, plus 5% commission on qualified sales and performance incentives


About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-focused, creative team member to lead our print production and assist with custom client orders for apparel and merchandise. This role blends production responsibilities with light customer interaction and project coordination. We will train you on all equipment and systems — no prior print experience needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing and producing custom apparel and merchandise

  • Handle customer orders, including intake, communication, and timeline management

  • Review artwork files and communicate design proofs with clients

  • Package and organize finished merchandise for pickup or delivery

  • Help maintain a clean and organized production area

  • Provide support to the sales floor when needed


What We’re Looking For:

  • Creative, tech-savvy, and organized

  • Comfortable communicating with customers and managing multiple tasks

  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn and follow production procedures

  • Bonus if you have experience in design, production, or customer service

Retail & Inventory Manager

Location: Armada, MI
Schedule: up to 35 hours/week (including Friday and Saturday)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and highly organized team member to take the lead on our sales floor and vendor inventory systems. You’ll be the central contact for customers, manage daily inventory operations, and help vendors stay successful. Occasional crossover into production will help you support the full team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, run register, and provide a welcoming in-store experience

  • Receive, tag, and input inventory into our system

  • Maintain clean, attractive store displays and merchandising

  • Communicate with vendors about restocks and product updates

  • Assist with online listings, photos, and occasional production tasks

  • Monitor stock levels and help identify top-selling products


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Friendly and professional communication style

  • Retail or inventory experience preferred

  • Comfortable using basic digital tools or learning new systems

  • Bonus if you enjoy creative products or local makers
